- Pontensi in future (senang untuk jual semula)
- And banyak lg depend on individu, some of you maybe suke tpt yg sunyi, tepi laut ker, dekat dgn uma family ker, dekat dengan tpt keje, and etc.
Then bila dh decide, jumpa pemaju plak. Rumah yg baru buka biasanya mcm2 promosi ada, and as for your information, harga rumah ni bley berubah-ubah mengikut masa, mungkin masa projek launch harga rumah RM 100 k, but as sambutan menggalakkan, developer ni bley sesuke diaorg jer naekkan harga based on demand and supply. Sekarang ni plak, as kerajaan buat Skim Rumah Pertamaku, some developer pn start buat such promotion like to give 10% discount, mean korang dh dpt waived deposit, as dipihak bank biasanya diorang just bagi 90% loan jer paling byk. At the end sama jer dengan skim kerajaan tu, full loan with government guarantee sama dengan 90% loan by bank + 10% discount by developer. Point kat sini, ZERO DOWNPAYMENT!. And bab uma ni, jgn malu or takut bertanya, just tanya saja !!!. Sebabnya at the end, pemaju, lawyer and bank ni semua kita bayar, so kat sini we'e the boss!
Lot Bumiputera ?Lot ni khas untuk bumiputera sahaja, biasanya developer akan reservekan beberapa lot khas untuk bumiputera sahaja (at the end of time, kalo tak laku juga baru diaorg akan lego kepada international). Harga mmg murah, tapi masalahnya nnt nak jual kene jual kat bumiputera jugak. Ada pro and con.
